Phi Theta Kappa

The Phi Theta Kappa annual fall leadership conference decided to flip to a virtual conference in 2020 for safety. With a conference that usually relies heavily on face-to-face interaction, the PTK team was rightfully concerned about engagement. With the help of the Endless Einsteins, the PTK implemented a virtual platform that triumphed. The attendees could interact, ask questions, view the 27 educational forums, and tune into the five general sessions. The chat feature was a particular success and innovation for the PTK team.

Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network

Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) holds an annual hybrid event conference for learning and development within the medical industry. Leaders in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device trainers, and educators are honored guests. Endless partnered with LTEN to produce the tech and AV for the conference’s general sessions. The AV designs reflected the theme of the conference, designed to mimic the beautiful dynamism of Arizona’s canyons and beautiful sunsets. Endless went above our scope of work to bridge the imbalance between LTEN’s six team members and the conference’s 1000+ attendees. This collaborative spirit and additional communication kept all participants on the same page and ensured the conference continued running smoothly. Using innovative tech and open communications across all teams, Endless created an amazing experience for all involved!

America’s Cake Fair

America’s Cake Fair, produced by ingredient brand Satin Ice, brings together the best cake designers as an influencer conference. Highlights include cake-designing competitions and educational content. America’s Cake Fair approached Endless to collaborate on a new program for their event. Endless audited the previous event plan and strategy and found potential to increase the AV and technical production.  Endless designed a program to enhance the attendee experience, providing more memorable and exciting moments. In creating this entirely new experience, Endless provided a higher level of service while reducing costs by 50%.

Uber

When Uber began planning its largest single event, the Waste Management Open, it became clear that the event process needed streamlining. To shorten the usually long wait time for a driver, the team needed to conceive and implement a new solution to provide a more positive experience for riders. The Uber engineering team created a “PIN” system that helps speed up the matching process between riders and drivers. Endless’ objective was to assist both drivers and riders in connecting at the right place in an expedited manner.

Warner Brothers

With plans to launch a new streaming service, Warner Brothers sought to create an event that brought consumers into a space that fostered interaction with beloved cartoon characters and the new streaming service. The event needed to generate high foot traffic and social media mentions. Endless fabricated each piece of the event completely to the exact specifications. Endless created new designs that fit the client’s budget and strict timelines. We also provided over 100 iPads for visitors to watch Warner Brothers content on and managed the event’s internet, IT, lighting, sound, video, and special effects.

Anheuser Busch Bud Light

Anheuser Busch sought to launch its most extensive marketing campaign to date to rebrand Bud Light for the new generation of millennial beer drinkers. The concept was to throw hyper-local parties in every major city across the country, titled “House of Whatever.”  As a full-scale production company, Endless assisted with every aspect of the planning: ideation, budgeting, vendor management, branding, and on-site management. Endless helped Bud Light throw these parties nationwide, creating a brand experience that engaged millennials across the country.

Phoenix Comicon

Endless collaborated with Phoenix Comicon to create a unique experience for the attendees at their convention. Endless provided overall design, technical event production, custom staging, theming, entertainment, and everything in between. Endless provided a staffing plan to provide technical and event management support across six different properties and an outdoor area. Proper pre-production, planning, and communication led to a well-equipped team that could be mobile and provide coverage across multiple event locations.

AraCon

Hosting their first ever hybrid user conference, AraCon needed a team to help execute a seamless event. As a technology company, AraCon is familiar with blockchain technology but not with event technology and event solutions. AraCon came to Endless Events to launch their first-ever conference in Berlin, Germany. They wished to create a place that highlighted their warm and welcoming brand as well as supported their goal of bringing together those who embody and shape the AraCon community. Endless worked tirelessly to ensure the event met their vision and goals; Endless strategized on-site logistics and crafted solutions to match the brand’s aesthetic. Endless provided full production and AV, including lighting, sound, video, staging, and show calling. By working closely with AraCon, and providing thoughtful attention to detail, we brought their vision to life.

Funko is the largest producer of licensed pop culture toys, making bobbleheads, vinyl figures, plush toys, and more! For twelve years, the Washington-based company hosted an annual Fundays event. Endless Events joined forces with Funko to transform their event into a fantastic experience for all. Investors, customers, vendors, and employees stated that this was “the best Fundays ever,” resulting in higher audience engagement and ticket sales in subsequent years.

Minefaire

Minefaire is the official nationwide event for Minecraft, one of the largest open-world video games. Minefaire sought to create unique experiences that captured the imagination of those who play Minecraft. Launching a new brand of nationwide events, the team behind Minefaire needed a company they could trust for all of their events, regardless of destination. Gold Medal Gymnastics partnered with Endless to create its biggest event to date, the California Grand Invitational. Two thousand six hundred athletes descended upon Anaheim, California, to compete from every corner of the globe. Gold Medal Gymnastics needed a trusted production partner to execute this extensive invitational successfully. Endless offered a shared level of excellence and passion for creating unique and memorable events. The California Grand Invitational featured a complex setup with three separate events within the arena.
