After lots of research, Fourkites trusted Endless to turn their annual customer conference into a full-on virtual event. This project required a great deal of collaboration between the two teams to ensure that the most important elements of the program were carried over to this virtual experience. Fourkites Visibility 2020 was able to attract a large audience with over 27 countries represented. Highlights of the event include creative uses of video, networking round tables, and enhanced audience engagement. The craziest part? The entire pivot happened in less than six months!
Phi Theta Kappa
The Phi Theta Kappa annual fall leadership conference usually takes place in-person, but needed to switch to a virtual conference in 2020. With a conference that relies so heavily on face to face interaction, the PTK team was worried about virtual engagement. However, many attendees blew up the chat and were able to interact in new ways thanks to the Endless Einsteins who worked on this event. They implemented a virtual platform that allowed the attendees to interact, ask questions during the 27 educational forums, and tune into the 5 general sessions.
Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network
Every year, Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) holds an annual conference for learning and development within the medical industry. Leaders in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device trainers and educators all are in attendance. Endless partnered with LTEN to produced all of the tech and AV inside the conferences general session. The AV designs reflected the theming of the conference and was designed to mimic the natural Arizona landscape of canyons and beautiful sunsets. In addition, with over 1,000 attendees and only a 6 people on the LTEN team, Endless went above and beyond helping bridge the gap in communication keeping everyone on the same page and the conference running smoothly. By using innovative tech, and open communications throughout the teams Endless created an amazing experience for all involved!
America’s Cake Fair
America’s Cake Fair approached Endless to collaborate on a new program for their event. Endless gave their event a 360-degree holistic review and found there was much more potential for the event’s AV and technical production. From there they created a program designed to enhance the attendee experience and provide memorable and exciting moments. By creating an entirely new experience, Endless provided a higher level of service all while reducing costs by 50%.
In an attempt to move more people during a single event than ever before, Uber teamed up with Endless to create a legendary event experience their riders at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Endless used technology to educate and entertain riders as they were waiting for their rides home, keeping the party going until the very end.
Warner Brothers came to Endless to transform a blank canvas shop in So-Ho Manhattan into the lively pop-up show, the Get Animated Invasion. This was a brand activation to launch a new campaign which would energize their classic cartoon line and launch a new apparel line. With the use of AV and technical production, Endless took traditional production elements and paired them with bleeding edge technologies to bring classic cartoons like Scooby Doo, Bugs Bunny, and the Jetsons to life so attendees could literally touch and feel their favorite cartoons. Anheuser Busch Bud Light
Endless produced Anheuser-Busch’s hyper-local event activations across the country. The ultimate goal was to increase the Bud Light brand awareness within the emerging market of millennials. As a full-scale production company, Endless provided assistance to every aspect of the planning: ideation, budgeting, vendor management, branding, and on-site management creating a brand experience that engaged millennials across the country.
Phoenix Comicon came to Endless when they needed help with the technical production and entertainment for their event. Endless collaborated with Phoenix Comicon to create a unique experience for the attendees at their convention. Endless provided the design for the overall look and feel of the convention as well as the technical event production, from the custom staging and theming, no detail was too small
Aragon came to Endless needing help to launch their first-ever conference in Berlin, Germany, AraCon. They wanted to create a place that highlighted their warm and welcoming brand and to support their goal of bringing together those who wish to embody and shape the Aragon community. Endless worked tirelessly making sure the event met their vision and goals by working on-site logistics and crafting solutions to ensure it was esthetically compliant with their brand. Endless provided full production and AV including lighting, sound, video, staging, and show calling. Every last detail was covered and by working closely with Aragon, their vision came to life.
Funko is the largest producer of licensed pop culture toys, making bobbleheads, vinyl figures, plush toys, and more! The Washington-based company has been putting on their annual Fundays event for 12 years, but something was missing. Funko brought in Endless to transform their event from bland to amazing. This resulted in investors, customers, vendors, and employees stating that this was “the best Fundays ever” which resulted in more audience engagement and higher tickets sales in subsequent years.
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach
Endless’ client at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach was looking for ways to bring their event to the next level and provide insanely creative ideas after their budget was cut in half. Endless utilized very specific technologies to provide an incredible visual experience without breaking the bank.
Looking for a way to communicate their new vision and culture, Morton Salt relied on Endless to provide a high quality and interactive live stream. This allowed employees across the world to tune in to the live town halls their company hosted. With a combination of polling, Q&A, high-quality video, and audio, the Endless team was able to make the quarterly meetings for Morton Salt more engaging than ever before.
Launching a new brand of nationwide events, the team behind Minefaire needed a company they could trust for all of their events whether they were in San Francisco, Philadelphia or Houston. Upon the first introduction, both Minefaire and Endless knew they were a great fit for each other! Having a consistent team for every event meant they didn’t have to worry about the AV and technical production instead they could focus on providing an amazing attendee experience.
Emerald City Comicon
Emerald City Comicon (ECCC) is the 4th largest comic book convention in North America. ECCC approached Endless after wanting to transform their traditional AV and technical production experience for their convention into one similar to a rock concert. While providing the high level of customer service that Endless is known for, production designers sat down with Emerald City Comicon to co-create a design that fulfilled their vision complete with confetti, CO2, high-end lighting effects, and sound. When the talent took the stage they felt like rockstars!
TTI Success Insights
Consistently disappointed by past AV and technical production vendors, TTI Success Insights was looking for something fresh and exciting to make their event stand out. Endless did not disappoint! Endless brought energy and excitement which had attendees noticing the brands big step up in production for their events. Through clever uses of technology, TTI was able to transform 4 rooms into one large room and then back into 4 separate rooms. This resulted in massive savings in equipment, labor, and rental space costs.
California Grand Invitational
Gold Medal Gymnastics partnered with Endless to create their biggest event yet, the California Grand Invitational. 2600 athletes descended upon Anahiem from all over the country to compete. Gold Medal Gymnastics knew they needed to partner with a production team they trusted to pull off this grandiose event. They came to Endless because of a shared level of excellence and passion for creating unique and memorable events. The event was complex with 3 separate events within the arena invitational. There were many moving parts and companies involved. Endless made sure everything ran seamlessly. They also created ways to make sure attendees and coaches had a good time, ensuring it was a unique and memorable event. Endless was an indispensable part of the event adding personal touches and brought Gold Medal’s vision to life.

Fiesta Bowl Block Party
