America’s Cake Fair, produced by ingredient brand Satin Ice, brings together the best cake designers as an influencer conference. Highlights include cake designing competitions and educational content. America’s Cake Fair approached Endless to collaborate on a new program for their event. Endless audited the previous event plan and strategy and found potential to increase the AV and technical production.  Endless designed a program to enhance the attendee experience, providing more memorable and exciting moments. In creating this entirely new experience, Endless provided a higher level of service while reducing costs by 50%.

Challenges

The most significant challenge America’s Cake Fair presented was executing a seamless event while keeping costs low to meet the budget, a portion of Satin Ice’s marketing spend. Satin Ice lacked an internal event team, so the onus was on Endless and our partners to execute and deliver an event that provided a return on investment.
