Then maybe you should invest more in features that support that goal and less in shiny customization. Data is like oxygen for most industries, and ours is no exception. The ability to monitor the actions of your attendees will provide key insights into what went well, what could have gone better, and whether or not the goals of the event were ultimately achieved.
