On a more serious note, today we’re talking about ethics in events. As event professionals, we’re probably one of the industries that mostly deals with people. And as an industry that holds so much power, the discussion about ethics becomes crucial. Having the ability to influence and impact the world demands that we pause and think about our actions. How can we be more compassionate? How can we be kinder and live an honorable life? And most importantly, how can we translate this into our line of work, in a way that we help make the world a better place?
That sounds like a handful of extremely philosophical questions. But because we’re all about answers and healthy discussions, we bring you this week’s episode of #EventIcons. Our always lovely host Lindsay Martin-Bilbrey welcomes the iconic Bruce Weinstein. Also known as The Ethics Guy®, Bruce writes about ethical leadership for Forbes every month. Additionally, he is a seasoned speaker on the topic. So join us for yet another fantastic conversation. And this time around, it’s all about ethics in events!
