If there is one thing we can all geek-out over in this world, it is productivity tools! It may have something to do with the fact that if we can somehow be more productive, we will have more time to do the things that we really enjoy in our free time; who doesn’t want more time in the day to spend with family, pick up a musical instrument, or online shop, right? The only problem that can potentially arise from our collective love for productivity tools is the fact that searching for the right ones can often-be a counterproductive us of our time, oh the irony. Bear in mind, we have sacrificed all of our free time searching for just the right ones, we have experienced the counter-productivity it takes to unveil the gems of the app stores, we have traveled to the darkest corners of the interweb and we hope you find value in the productivity tools that were brought back on our journey.

4 Productivity Tools to Make Your Mondays More Manageable

1. Any.do

Any.do is used by a large majority of our office staff and works for us with both personal and professional use; it is arguably one of my favorite productivity tools! It is the to-do list to end all forgotten tasks and is intuitive enough to help you plan your days. Check out the screenshots of Any.do in use below!

2. Grammarly

Contrary to the words of Ludacris (popular hip-hop artist), stop “acting-a-fool” and catch grammar mistakes before it’s too late. Grammarly personally helps me spend less time on editing and more time on writing and I would highly recommend it to anyone who sends a lot of emails, posts on social media frequently, or if writing/typing is a big part of your job description; one of the best productivity tools designed for writers.

3. RescueTime

If the name does not give it away, RescueTime works hard to save you time spent on tasks or distractions that can detract from your overall productivity. It works as a safeguard or firewall on specific sites that are not pertinent to your tasks or responsibilities and even gives you analytics on how you can improve with getting your work done; the superhero of productivity tools!

News Feed Eradicator for Facebook Productivity Tools4. News Feed Eradicator for Facebook

Something that has hit the professional world hard and is robbing businesses and corporations of millions, if not billions, in lost productivity is the notorious Facebook, often referred to, by me, as an office’s black hole. However, there are productivity tools to combat such a time-wasters and one of which is a Google Chrome extension called “News Feed Eradicator for Facebook.” This allows you to receive notifications as normal but replaces your news feed with an inspiring quote.
